Unable to locate my record on GoRenew

I am trying to process a transaction online, but the system is unable to locate my record. What do I do?

If you are unable to locate your record, please visit any driver license office or tax collector’s office to handle your service.

You can make an appointment for a time and location that is convenient for you. Also, please visit GatherGoGet to be sure you bring all of the necessary documents with you to the office.

Please note that tax collectors offering driver license services may charge an additional $6.25 service fee.
