Vehicles listed in my name online shows that I have vehicles listed under my name that I no longer own. What do I need to do in order to have these vehicles removed from my record?

The only time a motor vehicle title record can be removed, is when the new owner (purchaser) applies for a Florida title in their name. However, you can complete the Notice of Sale form. While this transaction will not remove your name from the database, the title status will show "SOLD". This indicates you are no longer the owner of the vehicle and may release you from liability.

Submit this form to your local tax collector's office.

Your local tax collector is your best source for questions about title and registration.
